While carrying on in-house Continuous Integration program, I started on new programs/projects:- Creation of a program and a cross-functional team to secure Criteo business against invalid traffic.- Construction and launch of beta products to enrich Criteo offer beyond retargeting with acquisition & re-engagement marketing scenarii.- Administration Platform of Criteo offer for Search Engine Marketing (SEM), before and during the launch of the product.- Application suite to ingest Criteo's advertisers offline data: Mainly products catalog.Through these projects, I kept the same responsibilities tied to the EPM role but with more adherence to the business.I was also given the opportunity to:- Take part to the recruitment for EPM group (interviews).- Set up processes and cross-functional collaboration beyond R&D for the fight against invalid traffic in Criteo.- Contribute to large system design for technical stacks being built from scratch.- Drive the transition of a project (SEM) from local office to a remote one (in California).

Assigned on very diverse programs/projects: - High-performance applications in charge of exposing Criteo demand in the RTB protocol (Real-time bidding), standard of the advertising industry for supply.- In-house Continuous Integration suite used by every Criteo developer.- Full replacement of former CDN by new in-house solution to server images of all Criteo banners.The EPM role (Engineering Program Manager) involved in particular:- Definition of engineering quarterly roadmaps with key stakeholders (E.g Product team, infrastructure providers).- Requirements definition with business or product teams.- System design with R&D teams.- Driving of projects or long-term programs from requirement definition and design to production delivery and maintenance.- Management of dependencies across R&D organization - the full stack being handled in-house: From a server to be racked in a datacenter to a patch to be pushed in a common SDK.
