As a police constable, social worker, manager and executive I have worked across many segments of society and in diverse communities in organisations in the government, for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.I have successfully led change and restructure programs, acquired new businesses, acted as a coach and mentor and led dispersed teams. A highly effective communicator I have also delivered training, key-note speeches and various media commitments.I have increased my own capability through personal and professional development undertaking additional training and coaching and maintaining professional networks.
