As Owner and President of the company, I have organized a strong sales team that has grown a successful business. I have an advanced knowledge in business development, insurance claims, very comfortable with public speaking and cold calls, successfully negotiate and execute all contracts (to include subcontractor contracts), manage the A/R to keep positive cash flow, manage A/P to keep jobs on schedule, oversee and manage the active projects, and manage employee affairs. I negotiate material costs and procure the product for all jobs and plan capital expenditure projects from beginning to end. My project managers report to me daily and meet with me weekly to discuss current jobs and any upcoming opportunities.

Working side-by-side to the CEO, I hired a team of 7 National Account Directors who reported to me daily and provided service for our clients across the country. I increased business/revenue growth a minimum of 50% year-after-year while managing expenses. On average, we had 10-15 Cap-X jobs running simultaneously without major challenges to overcome. Project managers reported to me on a weekly basis and we would visit the job sites to verify the reports.

Responsible for new client development in the multi-family industry and meeting/exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities included estimating jobs, client research, reports and presentations.
