My role has expanded within my short time at LearningPool to encompass Scrum Master, RTE (following the SAFe framework), and Line Manager to multiple reports.Within the first 12 months, I have worked with 5 teams at varying skill levels. My time encompasses laying solid foundations that are scalable and sustainable, introducing iterative inspection and adaption, flexible planning, coaching, mentoring, leading, program level to team level facilitation, unblocking impediments, amongst many other responsibilities. The first, managing the billing and order fulfilment catalogue of functionality within a Quote to Cash SaaS solution, utilising Salesforce as the primary driver for quoting and contracting, and Oracle as the revenue engine, primarily focussing on the Open Access revenue stream. The second, leading my teams in Scrum adoption and understanding the Agile mindset.Vital aspects to this role include:- Diligent stakeholder management across several time zones- Cross-team development with dependency management- Process design for enterprise-wide adoption.- Iterative software development utilising the Agile working methodology- Primarily focussing on the 8 software development principles for continuous delivery: Repeatable reliable process, pain points first, automation, version control, build-in quality, definition of done equates to released to production, shared responsibility, continuous improvement.- Data driven decision making- B2B and B2C integrationsAs a PM working with the agile methodology in mind, a key aspect to pivoting quickly and developing quality, business-beneficial functionality with each iterative release, is making data driven decisions. This role involved regular metric analysis within Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, and data dumps from across the business and baselining those analytics for tracking post-release benefits.

I owned and maintained all clinician-related product development and implementation, whilst introducing new agile development processes into this fast-growing B2C2B organisation at the forefront of its field.My role, as the Clinician Product Manager, was to own and maintain the clinician product backlog.
