As the Country Leader for Adobe Ibérica, I am responsible for driving digital transformation through Adobe Solutions at all existing and new customers in the fastest growing region for Adobe in recent years. With more than eight years of experience in this role, I have achieved triple and double digit growth, and been honored as the Top Performer Country and Country Manager of the Year at Adobe FY19.Leading FSI initiative for Western Region.I am also the Global Executive Co-Chair for Hispanic & Latinx at Adobe HOLA Community, a D&I global program that fosters a culture of inclusion and belonging for our employees and customers. My mission is to help marketers and enterprises accelerate their shift to digital with Adobe, and deliver consistent personalized experiences across channels and prove that their marketing is working. I have a strong leadership experience, building top performance and solid teams, motivating and coaching them, and developing GTM strategies with the channel.
