This includes managing Digital Care, Call Centres, complaints, training, project management, quality assurance, systems implementation and processes definition always aiming to ensure the best experience in an efficient way and improve loyalty.On the last years I also invested significant time in process reengineering, negotiating with partners and increasing Self Care channels by building overall mobile solutions. I managed multiple international projects across multiple countries.As part of my sporadic activities I teach in Executives and Master courses in several Universities and training centers.
