Modeled the system in 3 SolidWorks assemblies, each comprised of 9 interdependent components, and achieved necessary tolerances through iterative rapid prototyping methods (3D Printing).- Designed a vibration analysis bench test to investigate oil pump performance across a 100Hz frequency range, and utilized the test conclusions to focus the direction of the compressor efficiency experiments.- Constructed a compressor oil injection system to improve refrigerant heat absorption and piston lubrication.- Led the fabrication and assessment of 5 new compressor-testing apparatuses for improved compressor-testing reliability. -
