Lead a forward-thinking analytics and reporting groups in support of Home Equity, Reverse Mortgage, and Third-Party Serviced businesses encompassing financial, credit, and portfolio performance. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of eight senior analysts.  Developed executive-level, end-to-end credit performance and operational analytics and reporting for high-risk, subserviced residential mortgage portfolios with balances of $46 billion in first Liens, $10 billion in second Liens, $3 billion in Reverse Mortgages, and $1 billion in Manufacturing Housing.  Created integrated data processes to collect, validate, and store data fields for monitoring the operational effectiveness of the bank’s multiple mortgage sub-servicers.  Resolved regulatory audit findings by designing and implementing data and reporting infrastructures to ensure compliance with Fair Lending, NMS, and SCRA regulations. Implemented comparative analyses resulting in the recovery of $80+ million in uncollected proceeds. Established a formalized data governance and change control framework. Ensured seamless data integration from multiple platforms for system integrity. Consistently ensured strict compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements. Created new KPIs and reporting tools to evaluate subservicers’ loss mitigation and liquidation strategies, resulting in shorter resolution timelines and lower loss severities.
