Areas of Responsibility include but not limited to; Grocery, DSD Grocery, Meat, Produce, Deli, Bakery, Frozen, Dairy, HBA, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Pets, Chemicals, Paper, Infants, and candy.

Act as an on-site extension of our clients HR function. Managing all aspects of client workforce including business relation development, recruitment, selection, and overall managing of employees.

Provided supervision and leadership to employees through recruitment and training. Provided action plans to mitigate shrinkage, drive sales, and profit goals in he General Merchandise areas. Developed qualified employees for company growth and to run great areas per One Best Way/ Process guides. Areas of responsibility included, but not limited to; Hardware, Sporting Goods, Celebrations, Stationary, Lawn and Garden, Seasonal, Toys, Electronics, Apparel, and homelines.

Drives profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasts. Proactively analyzes and utilizes sales/financial reports, economic trends and community needs, to identify and respond to market changes while controlling expenditures. Communities sales results associates and guides interpretation and results. Areas of responsibility include, but not limited to, Apparel, Homeliness, Bakery, Deli, Meat, Produce, Dairy, and Frozen.

Responsible for overall operations of individual departments inside a multi-million dollar company such as, Candy Department, Dairy, Frozen, Bakery, and Deli.
