Jeffrey Blackburn is an experienced educator and manager with a passion for innovation and student-centered education. He worked for the Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District in Alaska for 13 years, where he taught in the classroom for nine years and supported teachers across the district for four years as a Technology and Math Specialist at District Office. He served on the Alaska Society for Technology in Education board, Alaska Council of Teachers of Mathematics board, and was a contributing author to the Alaska’s Computer Science Standards.In 2019, Jeffrey joined Curriculum Associates as a member of the per diem team before transitioning to a full-time role after six months. He currently manages the full-time PD team in Washington and Alaska and supports several partner districts in Washington state. Jeffrey strives to lead with transparency and create a high trust environment where his team can thrive. He is committed to helping each team member develop their capacity in an environment that prioritizes results, creativity, and enjoyment within the work.
