Accomplished aviation industry leader Jay Gregory has a distinguished career spanning over two decades. During his executive roles at Cirrus Aircraft and NetJets Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, he consistently delivered exceptional results. In his most recent role as Executive Director of Customer Support & Aftermarket Business at Cirrus Aircraft, he led five teams, with P&L responsibility, to enhance customer experience and optimize aftermarket operations for more than 10,000 Cirrus aircraft globally.During his tenure at NetJets, Gregory held various senior leadership positions, including Vice President roles in Service Hub Operations, Maintenance Production and Business Operations. He spearheaded the development and implementation of NetJets’ exclusive "Service Hub" strategy, ensuring more than 450 aircraft maintained their mission readiness.A two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Executive MBA.
