Through my role as Director, Digital Media Solutions, I increased sales more than 300% year over year each of the first two years and did approximately 300% of plan for year 3. My group functioned as an overlay to the sales team within AVI-SPL. Our Motto was "Setup the meeting and bring donuts, we will do the rest". We provided true "Cradle to Grave" solutions to ensure a successful solution. We selected the best solution for our customers, built BoM's, and quoted services in our presales roles. We also provided installation, training, and content development as part of our post-sales offering. We focused on most of the major Digital Signage solutions (Industry Weapon, Scala, 22Miles, FourWinds, Cisco, and others) as well as the industry leaders in streaming video (Haivision, Exterity, VBrick, Cisco, etc).
