I thrive leading collaboration in cross-functional teams. My strengths are optimized working with organizations in early development, transition, experiencing exponential growth or launching a new initiative that requires some fresh perspective. I am a connector, pleasantly persistent, organized and enthusiastically optimistic resulting in strong working relationships. I enjoy working with diverse skill sets and interests - valuing the unique perspective each team member contributes to the process.The common thread weaving my 25+ year career is a passion for translating the complexity of development and construction into client focused communication and project execution. Within that process, I incorporate suggestions for sustainability and long term operational considerations. My broad industry experiences provides a unique perspective on the possibilities. My family relocated to Utah (in August of 2016) because of timing and opportunity. It was a chance to expand our horizons and experience living out west. Moving 2,000 miles away from my family and professional network has been a life changing journey. We have seen places that were never on our radar and have a new appreciation for this beautiful country. The past eight years have been an unexpected blank canvas and we continue to embrace it.
