Works closely with Operations by expediting incoming material, monitoring production efficiency and helping complete any special projects that may occur. Assist Sales team by reviewing critical inventory reports, developing solutions for spot specialty items that ensure cost effective purchases. Account management of all outside processing services, with expertise directed at specialty metals. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completion of assigned duties within a specialized area of inventory control by coordinating the recording, price negotiation, shipping and billing of all excess, secondary and scrap material. Direct contact for customer and internal quality issues, resulting claims resolution .Key Contributions:Developed training & quality manuals for warehouse resulting in increased productivity by decreasing quality related interruptions.Planned the annual Physical Inventory process, executing a flawless inventory 2 years in a row.Cultivated relationships with outside processors resulting in processing fee discounts, faster lead times and partnership opportunities resulting in new accounts for the division.

Inventory Control and Purchasing.
