Manage the training and support program for teachers in the ELT area for the assigned schools, based on current trends in language learning, teaching and assessment and its integration with the company's digital resources.Provide advice to managers, heads of area and teachers of the schools assigned in subjects related to curriculum design, syllabus, lesson plan, ELT methodologies, Common European Framework, Colombian basic learning rights, Basic Competency Standards, Common Core Standards, among others.Design and execute training programs on online platforms for internal and external clients.Design and execute the training plan for the sales team emphasizing the pedagogical and digital knowledge of the portfolio and the educational projects of the company.Accompany the sales team in the positioning of the company's products and educational projects: Sales presentations, meetings and training.Follow up on the academic services developed in partnership with third parties or suppliers in the ELT line.

Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for students with the aim of developing communication skills in English and raise awareness about the culture of English-speaking countries.Develop teaching materials for student to use inside and outside the classroom, including printed materials, essays and homework.Assess and provide feedback on students’ performance, including written activities and their participation in dialogues and presentations.Participate in the curricular review and update of the English language curriculum.Apply placement tests to candidates for the English language program.Participate in the organization of extracurricular activities for students aiming at promoting the use of English in real-world contexts.

Guide English language learning processes through in-person and e-learning methodology according to the currículum.Design and prepare course materials for language learning.Plan and deliver learning sessions and teamwork workshops aimed at developing communication skills.Assess students’ performance by preparing, applying and grading learning outcome tests through the Blackboard LMS platform.Provide feedback to students on their progress in complying with the activities and evidences of learning.
