In my last role as Director of HR/People Experience with Meta I led globally scoped teams and projects focused on creating a ‘first in class’ experience for our and employees candidates at the Leadership level (Director-C suite). Creating excellent Employee and Candidate Experiences are my top personal passions at work and I delight in innovative initiatives that help change how we work and scale the organization.In this role I led a team of 14 managers and 115 IC’s, worked with global cross functional partners and senior talent leaders regularly to enable Meta to grow in the most productive way possible while building systems to measure results.
