Sales Manager
CurrentIn January 2024, I have been promoted to the position of Sales Manager at Hiver. As my stint as an individual contributor comes to an end, I am looking to transfer all the context and learnings I have gathered since my first role at the company in 2018 into the new role which requires me to:1 - Be responsible for global sales targets. 2 - Ensure the AEs in the team are well equipped and prepared to handle all the different scenarios we encounter as sellers. 3 - Monitor key metrics - conversion rates, forecast accuracy, team success metrics. 4 - Setup quality checks at key parts of the funnel to make sure we run at our efficient best on a consistent basis.5 - Identify and plug knowledge gaps within the team and ramp up new hires.
