I am an experienced technical manager with expertise in ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 accreditation standards, leading diverse teams, researching and validating new technologies, and designing complicated technical programs. I have a passion for tackling new challenges by designing and implementing better systems. I am focused on identifying the problem, using root cause analysis and risk management planning, to ensure problem areas are effectively diagnosed and solutions are relevant. I've pioneered critical scientific programs for the Department of Defense criminal investigation and counterintelligence communities. I've also built an award-winning craft brewery using a scientific approach to develop and deliver world class beers.

CurrentAs Co-Founder, I developed recipes and built the beer program at Arches Brewing. I instituted the quality control programs, operate the quality assurance laboratory and train staff in quality control practices, both in the production facility and taproom. We've won numerous awards for beer, and consistently rate as "world class" in Beer Connosseur. In the past two years I've moved into operations management and oversee the taproom and events spaces, building an inclusive and accepting environment for all members of the community to come together and enjoy fellowship and craft beer. I oversee all taproom operations, and coordinate with city officials, community groups, and other local businesses to ensure our community thrives.
