I controlled and coordinated the initial work item intake and assigned the work items out to the appropriate developer. I also handled the post-dev flow of the work items by assigning them out to test team members to ensure that they were tested for verification before sending them to the government’s third party team.I organized and implemented a workflow tracking system using Asana Project Management to effectively and efficiently oversee our process as the work items made their way from their origin, through our team and all the way to their conclusion. I independently merged another workflow program called Alfred in order to automate small details to help limit the time work items were in our system.I was one of the highest performing members of a .NET software application test team that used multiple platforms (Sandbox, DEV and TEST environments) to test the functionality and adherence to requirements of an Integrated Management system for a government program and its partners.I attended and participated in daily meetings with government officials and third party contractor teams in order to discuss and explain defects found within the system. The camp’s main focus is mainstream team sports such as lacrosse, baseball, and soccer, but programs I was a part of were Track and Field, Weight Lifting, and Outdoor Trips.
