My goal is to help every auto dealership parts department that I come in contact with to clean up their aged inventory and to get the right mix of parts on the shelf. This improves customer satisfaction, employee morale goes through the roof when they do not have to wait on a part to get the job done, and it frees up dealership capital sitting on the shelf collecting dust. I strive to put the right parts on the shelf every time, to have them stocked correctly and efficiently to improve speed to the techs and keep them turning wrenches all while protecting the capital of the company utilizing inventory guarantees.
