Site wide implementation of the corrective action program for the identification of conditions adverse to quality, development and implementation of compensatory measures, causal analysis, corrective action and effectiveness review of compensatory measures and corrective actions. Lead and facilitate root cause investigation teams for significant safety, industrial and organizational events to determine the fundamental cause(s), corrective actions for the identified condition and the extent of condition to prevent recurrence.Lead and participate in the performance of site self-assessments and industry evaluations of human performance, industrial safety and performance improvement programs to determine areas for improvement based on industry standards and regulatory compliance. Chairman of the Human Performance Working Committee and member of the Human Performance Oversight Team with a primary role in the coordination of strategic human performance initiatives related to error reduction, identification of areas for organizational and process improvement that focus on eliminating the systemic causes of industrial events and mitigating the consequences of human error. Coordination of the nuclear industry operating experience program for the review of industry events and the sharing of lesson learned with the objective to prevent repeat events and mitigate the consequences of events throughout the nuclear industry.Lead role in implementation of the management observation program for reinforcement of nuclear industry standards in operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, training and human error reduction.Lead role on the outage observation team used to reinforce fleet standards in maintenance, operations, industrial safety and human performance program requirements. Provided rapid trending for timely management of areas for improvement in order to quickly improve worker performance and reduce the potential for injuries.
