Microsoft Xbox And Surface Hardware & Infrastructure OrgMicrosoft Apr 2019 - Dec 2022Redmond, Washington, United StatesIn my present role, I am managing manufacturing test development efforts for Microsoft's XBOX and XCloud Experiences products and delivering key XBOX infrastructure as well as NPI manufacturing test support efforts for Microsoft's newly announced XBOX. I am monitoring test collateral and processes to ensure product quality such as LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth calibration, verification, and compliance testing. I am supervising activities of cross-functional global teams for developing and implementing manufacturing operations for Microsoft's $12B Xbox Console and Cloud Services businesses and roll out suite of Next-Gen devices on-time in middle of global pandemic as well as leading cross-team collaboration with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing groups such as ME, EE, SW, Reliability, Design Validation Engineering, NPI, PE, Dfx, Quality and Care to support product release cycles and drive production test requirements, equipment, and process definition.Some of my key accomplishments are:● Drove cradle to grave manufacturing efforts on five active parallel Xbox NPI hardware programs as well as offered support to parallel cost-reduction/sustaining products.● Forecasted, optimally allocated, and spent $16M+ for NPI development and capital equipment to support manufacture and delivery of 8.5M+ console units annually.●Delivered manufacturing test effort on current line of XBOX controllers and oversaw Microsoft-employed factory-placed resources to manage local logistics and development efforts. -

I formulated RS4 WSD WINET strategy/plan and key scenarios within Windows RS4 timeframe, including 224 work items and bugs, including key customer DCR type fixes, Watson crashes, State Separation Violations, quality improvements, and memory leaks to completion.
