Responsible for the development and oversight of 6 buildings on Vine Street in Cincinnati, Ohio. This project consists of 9 Restaurants, 70 beds of Student housing and retail. Located within two blocks of the University of Cincinnati and 6 major hospitals in the Uptown Area of Cincinnati Ohio. The project is part of the USCIS EB5 program. My responsibilities include:• Traveling to China raising money through EB5 consultants associated with the United States EB5 program.• Working with all the construction trades designing each building and restaurant.• Creating construction budgets and schedules.• Presenting the project to the Community and City officials for approvals. • Working with government agencies locating grants and financing.• Securing all financing for the project including EB5, Bank and government monies.

Responsible for the business development and day to day operations of a Real Estate Development Company in the Cincinnati Area. The JFP Group went from a 1-person operation to a major real estate development company with annual revenues of up to $30 million. Primary responsibilities and accomplishments included:• Developed small and large residential developments in multiple states including West Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia and Ohio.• Identified opportunities for development and managed the process from beginning to completion.• Created a satellite construction company (Ocean Builders) in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and sold it for a profit 2 years later.• Developed and constructed a 42 unit condominium project in Nags Head, North Carolina (SugarCreek Landing).• Raised over $10 million in private equity for real estate projects.• Secured traditional bank financing for numerous projects estimated at $100 million.• Completed a $25 million student housing project at the University of Cincinnati (McMillan Manor).• Renovated a 48 unit apartment complex (Mariemont Woods).• Completed the first “For Sale” condominium project in downtown Cincinnati (911 Race Street).• Developed a 22 unit historic renovation in downtown Cincinnati (18 East Fourth Street)• Built over 30 single family homes ranging from $135,000 to $1.5 million.• Managed over 400 apartment units in the Cincinnati area.• Worked with numerous local municipalities and government agencies to gain tax increment financing, permits and zoning approvals.• Led a team of up to 20 employees and numerous subcontractors/vendors
