Practice concentrations include commercial, financial services, insurance, class action, civil rights, construction, subrogation and partnership matters. Conduct internal corporate and organizational investigations. Regularly assist large corporations, government entities, small businesses and individuals to resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration and trial. Advise clients in dispute resolution and risk management prior to litigation.Business Advising & Contracting: Provide general counsel and strategic advice to businesses, partnerships and individuals. Excel in reviewing, drafting, and skillfully negotiating various agreements critical to business operations. From outsourcing and financing agreements to licensing and sale of goods and services contracts, my meticulous approach ensures client interests are well-protected and compliant with all legal requirements. Financial Services Litigation: Regularly handle and manage litigation involving check fraud, unauthorized electronic transactions, fraudulent endorsements, Uniform Commercial Code, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Federal Regulation CC, Federal Regulation E, NACHA, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, fidelity bond subrogation and consumer fraud. Commercial Litigation: Significant experience litigating matters involving breach of contract claims, commercial disputes, consumer fraud, non-compete agreements, business torts and partnership disputes.Construction Litigation:Represent project owners and developers in disputes involving commercial and residential construction projects arising from design professional malpractice, construction defects, delay damage claims, environmental claims, work-site injury claims, product defects, negligence, breach of warranty, contract, fraud and consumer fraud act claims.
