General Accounting:Process and maintain A/R, A/P and G/L; analyze and review G/L accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and entry corrections; maintain A/R files and up-to-date billing system.Post invoices and cash receipts to ledgers; prepare aged trial balance for month-end closings and reconcile against monthly trial balance; prepare and process week-, month- and year-end financial statements. Reconcile bank statements and client accounts, perform G/L maintenance, and resolve inconsistencies between posted invoices/payments. Manage all G/L coding procedures; compare receipts and purchase orders to identify/compile matching data.Audit and process receipts, cash and adjustments; reconcile/scan bank checks and prepare deposits. Complete all payroll processing procedures: calculate pay from time sheets; approve reimbursement requests; review all entries for accuracy; research and resolve discrepancies as needed.Customer Service & Relationship Building:Serve as liaison between leadership and clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.Build long-term relationships with individuals by building trust/confidence and creating a comfortable environment to increase satisfaction and promote repeat business/referral generation.Provide exceptional and diligent service to a diverse client base to maintain customer allegiance/loyalty. Frequently communicate with interdepartmental personnel regarding current project status, as well as the identification/rectification of issues/discrepancies; promote collaborative efforts to achieve goals.
