I'm an experienced leader of software engineers and teams. My passion is enabling teams to accomplish amazing things in a sustainable way where all team members look forward to coming to work every day. I love nurturing the culture of a team to a growth mindset where we celebrate turning mistakes into improvements. I am currently leading a group of 135 engineers who are responsible for many of Microsoft's internal financial systems. We work on a wide range of technologies from JavaScript to Scala. Our mission is to deliver intelligent experiences, with phenomenal service health, in an inclusive environment where all team members can maximize their impact.I have also built and run an Exploring Leadership Program to help employees amplify their impact through leadership. To date, over 350 employees have participated in the 9-session program.
