With more than eight years of hospitality industry experience, I am the owner and head of food services at Burrito Beach LLC, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain. I oversee the daily operations, menu development, staff training, and customer satisfaction of 12 locations across the state. I also lead the new business development initiatives, such as expanding to new markets, securing partnerships, and negotiating contracts. I have a passion for creating delicious and authentic burritos, tacos, and salads, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. My core competencies include hospitality management, food safety, quality control, customer service, and team leadership. I am committed to providing a positive and memorable dining experience for every guest, while also supporting the local community and the environment.
