Jeff has more than 20 years of experience representing individuals and businesses throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Jeff's primary practice areas are: (a) commercial litigation (on behalf of small and mid-sized businesses, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies and/or their owners, partners or members) and (b) construction litigation (for property owners, subcontractors, material suppliers and general contractors). Jeff has appeared before various trial courts in North Carolina and South Carolina as well as arbitration tribunals before the American Arbitration Association and (formerly) the National Association of Securities Dealers. Jeff is also a Certified North Carolina Superior Court mediator and Certified South Carolina Circuit Court mediator who enjoys helping parties resolve disputes.
