Established in 1945, Platz was the leading supplier in a highly competitive, growing commodities based industry.• Regularly meet with shop owners and decision makers to reinforce understanding of objectives (quality versus price), expectations, and commitment to partnering.• Interface daily with customer buyers to communicate availability and variety currently in-house and in-route; identify upcoming party needs; provide future availability and pricing; and determine timing of deliveries to optimize product freshness and performance.• Hand select customer product from incoming inventory and oversee packaging before being loaded for delivery.
