Responsible for daily service and maintenance of all equipment on numerous projects. Perform minor repairs on equipment. Relay service and correct part requirements to out of town main shop to expedite repairs. Coordinate with head mechanics for appropriate repairs on downed equipment. Equipment operator (Loaders, Dozer, Site truck, Track Hoe, skid steer, mini excavator, vibratory and base rollers). Operate equipment for excavation; sub- soil excavation; embankment; stabilization and base courses. Construct Roadways, ponds, curb pads, sidewalk pads and supervise laborers performing manual tasks & maintenance of traffic. Establish dewatering operations and maintain pumps. Establish, inspect, maintain, and work maintenance of traffic throughout work zones on numerous projects. Perform punch list work and final closeout of numerous projects totaling $8.5 Million.

Perform fleet maintenance on Volvo ,Peterbuilt ,Kenworth , Mack, International . Troubleshoot and make all repairs from dump trucks, cat paving machines, loaders ,dozers ,track hoes. Trouble shoot and Repair electrical systems on cat paving machines ,blaw Knox. Can read a wiring schematics. Extensive engine repairs from Head gaskets ,injectors, injection pumps , water pumps.rebuild turbo's. Clutch and transmission replacement from heavy truck to automotive. Replace all brakes from hydraulic to air brakes. Wheel seal ,bearing and race replacement. Make all repairs to hydraulic systems from.-line replacement , hydraulic pump replacement , adjusting and setting pump pressure, rebuilding spool valve. Asphalt Plant Maintenance from servicing electric motors, gear boxes. Conveyor belt replacement and adjusting to insure tracking properly.
