About Jeff Russell

I'm very passionate about the work that I do, and I pride myself in being a Steel Fabrication Manager. Being involved in this industry means something to me, and I have learned a lot through the years. My goal is to continue to grow in my knowledge and experience as a person and employee. With my strong leadership skills and ability to adapt, I've become well known in my area for taking on the most difficult jobs in my field. Since November of 2023, I have had the pleasure of launching a brand new facility. We have a state of the art steel rolling milling integrated with two fully automated weld cells that palletize our parts. Our goal is to go from coils of steel to welded beams touch-free. It has been an honor to experience the challenges that come along with plant startup as well as brand new machinery from another country. The language barrier has been a challenge but it has also grown my communication skills and I have gained some new international friends along the way. I am very passionate about the success of our new facility.
