The Sales Project Consultant is an outside sales position, which provides a free in-home presentation to a customer on one or more of the products that Sears Home Improvement Products offers. Each customer appointment is pre-set, scheduled, and confirmed in advance of the in-home visit. The Sales Project Consultant uses a laptop with leading-edge proprietary software to provide an interactive presentation to the consumer in the convenience of their own home. This selling approach allows the Project Consultant, to professionally display how these products can add value and improve their existing products. Furthermore, the Sales Project Consultant position offers a new hire paid training while learning the Company’s ten-step selling process, laptop presentation software, and technical product knowledge which has proven success in developing professional and successful Sears Home Improvement Project Consultants.

The Woodlands

-Informing, educating and enrolling customers to successfully transition into the individual insurance market; -Making outbound calls to customers, completing needs assessments, and correctly qualifying participants' needs related to Medicare Health Insurance (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Cost Plans, and Prescription Drug Plans); -Identifying customer needs using a needs-based selling approach then recommending plans and accurately answering customer questions; -Providing solutions that make it easy for the customer to decide on the plan while overcoming customer objections; -Handling inbound calls to enroll customers compliantly and efficiently into selected Medicare Health Insurance (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Cost Plans, and Prescription Drug Plans) and updating customer accounts thoroughly; -Effectively managing sales pipeline; -Delivering expected sales for individual, team, regional, and overall targets (conversion rate, close ratio, etc.); -Actively managing a book of business to ensure all retiree needs are met on a timely basis (responding to retiree voicemails, internal chat requests, partnering with customer service and operations, handling and supporting customer complaints and/or client escalations); -Delivering a consistently positive customer experience in a highly ethical and professional manner; -Ensuring sales quality by asking questions and partnering with management support as needed.
