I worked on roll metal machines (slitters,level line, overhead crans) these were hydraulic operated. I ensured that the facility kept running.

Here I did post Mortem pathology inspection in various slaughter houses. I ensured that the companies were compliant with federal regulations and sustained their own standards. It was often a high stress fast paced environment with intense interaction with company management. This was an Intermittent position mostly covering reliefs.
