Turned around heavy losses with significant downsizing, branch closings, rapid management reorganization, new product roll-outs and operational improvements to deliver profits within 12 months. This required significant leadership in reenergizing the organization through the transformation. Drove the positioning and sale to completely restructure the financial stability of the company.
