I am currently an Agency Development Manager for Colonial Life. I started with the company in October of 2015. I had very little experience in sales and none in insurance. Colonial Life gave me the opportunity to gain the knowledge I need to help change other lives for the better by giving them options to protect themselves and their families due to an unforeseen circumstance. I am also helping others by growing a team by hiring and training them to become the best agents they can be, and climb higher and higher in the company.It's rewarding to see the happiness on someones face, knowing that themselves and their families are satisfied with the way Colonial Life covers them. I've seen both the relief people have when something happens and they are protected, and the devastation that people feel whenever something bad happens and they are not prepared to deal with their loss. I myself know that it's highly, highly important to insure your most valuable asset...yourself.It is also rewarding to watch the ones that have decided to take this career challenge and make the most of it. From the time we first hire them, to the moment they pass their insurance exam, to the excitement they get when their first case closes. We are a family here and we all look out for each other.
