Responsible for the firm’s acquisitions, capital markets, and joint ventures.

Responsible for developing and executing the Company’s Acquisition & Disposition strategy, including sourcing, underwriting, and evaluating potential transactions; and managing the due diligence and closing processes. Also responsible for Asset Management of the Company’s joint venture portfolios and underwriting of new development opportunities.• Led and managed acquisitions and dispositions totaling $10 billion, consisting of industrial, medical office, and suburban office assets, which was critical to achieving company strategic goals around product type and geographic mix. • Acquisitions include a $700 million portfolio of twelve new and under development industrial buildings totaling 4.3 million square feet in three markets. • Dispositions include the sale of Duke Realty’s medical office portfolio and platform, which was valued at $3.1 billion and included 90 properties and 31 different hospital systems • Involved in unwinding several joint ventures in which the partners’ priorities and objectives had diverged, in a manner that ultimately preserved long-standing positive relationships.

Responsible for development and execution of the Company’s disposition strategy. Formed and led cross-departmental, internal and external teams to dispose of suburban office, medical office, retail, and industrial assets. • Negotiated terms and managed the due diligence and closing processes for two, large off-market suburban office portfolio transactions; one a $1.1 billion sale of 80 buildings to Blackstone totaling ten million square feet across seven markets and the other a $1.1 billion sale to Starwood of 61 buildings totaling seven million square feet across four markets, plus construction in process and 57 acres of land.• Led and managed a $260 million sale of a 17-property medical office portfolio containing 940,000 square feet across eleven markets.• Led and managed a $190 million sale of a lifestyle retail center comprised of 391,000 square feet and 75 tenants.• Total transaction volume was $7 billion including suburban office, industrial, medical office, and retail assets, which was critical to achieving published company goals around product type and geographic mix.

Responsible for developing, communicating, and executing business plans for a number of portfolios in accordance with the defined strategy, by interfacing with leasing, property management, development, valuation, accounting, disposition, and other experts. • Originated and managed two industrial and office joint ventures with Eaton Vance Investment Management totaling $700M, as well as a $200 million joint venture to redevelop a former GM plant in New Jersey. • Managed five separate joint ventures with JP Morgan Investment Management across various strategies, totaling over $1B of value, 30 million square feet, and 175 properties in six markets.• Developed an exit strategy program and performed market research for several merchant build joint ventures with local partners, which enabled the ventures to win more deals.

Responsible for underwriting new developments & acquisitions, and preparing Investment Committee memorandums.• Began in Columbus, Ohio office as financial analyst and promoted to department leader at corporate headquarters.
