Worked as a management consultant for Coldwell Banker. Consulted with different sized firms, from single office to multi-office brokerages to best utilize the Coldwell Banker franchise system. I participated in the transition and mergers of local corporate owned Coldwell Banker operations with local real estate brokerages that then became franchisees.Served 3 years on the Board of Directors of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS. We formalized an ambassadorship with the real estate industry in Thailand. I have served on different committees including Public Affairs, Professional Standards, Equal Opportunity, and Governmental Affairs.At the state level I have served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS. I have also served on various committees.
