I led technical process & execution for the digital team at Saxum, a full service integrated marketing agency. I was responsible for the quality, goal alignment, & contractual completion of all technical deliverables. I successfully launched over 50 client digital projects, comprised of single page sites, multi-page websites with external service integrations, data visualization dashboards, interactive physical installations, ecommerce stores, & mobile applications. My work required me to translate technical architectures, designs, & user feedback into actionable development plans. I monitored & managed the assignments, capacity, & prioritization of the technical team comprised of full-stack developers, front-end developers, & dev ops support contractors. I also contributed to business development by providing technical analysis, budget estimation, contract formulation, & pitching.

I managed a portfolio of client & internal projects for Brightbit, a full stack web & mobile application development studio. This involved creating weekly production plans to orchestrate full-time & freelance personnel across projects. I identified, vetted, & managed freelancers to augment overall capacity.
