Primary responsibility was to execute electrical designs in accordance with the Electrical Department’s Procedures and Standards and specific client standards where applicable. Performed mathematical calculations and assisted with equipment research and specifications. Visited client sites and attended walk-throughs, punch lists or meetings with architects, owners and subcontractors.

Based in Brockton, MA, Atrenne Computing Solutions, a Celestica company, designs, builds and delivers complex, integrated electronic solutions that exceed performance criteria and do not fail, in critical applications. The focus of the co-op was to work on a variety of Continuous Improvement projects which helped streamline Engineering design efforts and alleviate some data intensive tasks. I was responsible for assisting in lowering the amount of money lost due to incorrect parts, duplicate parts and data space. The consolidation effort was to merge multiple companies and there processes into one efficient process.

Completed design revisions for supermarket’s EMS and refrigeration systems utilizing AutoCAD. Performed on-site surveys to gather critical information for future design revisions. Assisted the engineering team with technical information on refrigeration and electrical systems.

Completed maintenance, troubleshooting, and rebuilding of Steam Generators components responsible for the production of high-quality steam for vital systems. Installed and performed electrical project work on Steam Generators electrical components. Scheduled and monitored work of project support personnel, while addressing customer concerns and questions. Managed inventory, including procurement of parts, tools, and chemicals.

Installed, maintained, and repaired equipment responsible for operation of ship's electrical power generation systems, lighting systems, electrical equipment and electrical appliances. Performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including installation, operation, adjustment, inspection, and repair of electrical equipment. Operated Visual Landing Aids including Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance (ILARTS), Improved Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System (IFLOLS), Manually Operated Visual Landing Aid System (MOVLAS) and maintained the integrity of Advanced Flight Deck Lighting (AFDL).
