Chief Technology Officer and VP Business Development responsible for ensuring BD organization establishes and maintains on-going key customer business relationships, including site visits and anticipating and resolving potential problems. Partners with KGS Business Units and the Chief Innovation Office in the identification and implementation of innovative solutions, both incremental and radical, to add value to KGS, customers and potential customers.• Be forward thinking and build relationships with OEM vendors to identify products/solutions that complement KGS offerings; work with KGS Contracts and Compliance to negotiate Joint Marketing Agreements between KGS and OEMs; assist OEMs with marketing and sales calls to cross sell KGS’s and vendors’ combined solutions• Build Customer Relationships (Technical Advisor Role) and work with Business Units to analyze customer's business and technology objectives and collect information that enables KGS to integrate innovation to meet customer’s needs• Participate in business development efforts including: technical presentations, architecture design discussions, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops• Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate on issues and solutions; monitor industry trends• Apply creative thinking and be visionary to assist in setting the direction of future solutions/offerings

Mr. Richardson provided support to the Joint Staff Information Network Support Services (JSIN) program as the Service Support Manager responsible for Service Desk, Network Operations, Security Operations, CM & Asset Management, Applications, and System Administration. This program addresses specifically the support required to plan, effectively and efficiently manage, develop, deliver, test, integrate, and sustain capabilities while providing effective oversight to support the JSIN architectures and enable the needed connectivity with other networks. Although the Joint Staff OCIO is the service provider for the JSIN enclaves, OCIO provides a central role by tracking and facilitating IT requirements solutions and support issues with external IT service providers (i.e. DoD TS/SCI networks, Pentagon network services, various command & control systems, and DISA network services).Previous SRA assignments include EUCOM/AFRICOM Deputy of Operations and Solutions Architect.
