• Joined Nomad as VP Product and managed the team through the organizational, cultural, strategic, and tactical challenges of such growth while also tripling revenues in an 18-month period.

• Core product architect for a fundamental shift in Resume Search's business model to a subscription-based business; grew the business from $24M to over $250M

Santa Monica, CA, US

• Senior Manager in charge of Hulu’s Seattle product team, responsible for all Living Room and mobile platforms on which Hulu is available.
• Owned product launches across over 40 platforms between 2013 and 2017; each one being its own unique snowflake.
• Managed multi-tier team of 12 PMs
• In addition, directly led the Control & Connect product team, responsible for core vertical features such as Onboarding, Profiles, Watchlist, and more across all devices.

• Established this sole proprietor company to publish my development efforts, including:
• Bluesky.io: Recreated the majority of the WinJS platform in native HTML/JS, with the business vision being to enable Win8 developers to easily publish their apps to the web
• Wanderling Games: Developed and published multiple games across iOS, Win8, and WP.

• Led highly technical PM teams including the XNA framework and the 10’ Web team.
• Drove team of TPMs and owned definition of APIs and tools for the XNA SDK and platform
• Drove a cross-organizational vteam of 45 individuals to define one of the seven core pillars of the Xbox One experience.
• Personally developed and published two XNA games to learn the platform; one of which was picked as one of the ten best indie games by PocketGamer.

• Joined this channel marketing startup to evolve it from a services organization to a product company. Built the infrastructure, philosophies, processes, and team necessary to reorient the company and ship three major.
• Managed cross-discipline team of eight across PM, Dev, QA, and Ops.
• 50% of time spent as primary front end developer
• Ethofy was a small, fast-moving company of 19 people, and my day-to-day work ranged across VP, GPM, Dev Manager, and IC PM and developer roles

• Began as developer on Xbox tools and eventually led the team responsible for the Xbox 360 Dashboard and underlying architecture.Iteratively expanded role to GPM of Microsoft’s Windows Gaming Experience team.
• Group Program Manager (GPM) for MSN Games
• Expanded role to GPM for the All Access Gaming team
• Further expanded role to GPM for the Windows Gaming Experience team.
• GPM pro tem for entire Xbox System software team for six months.
• Five patents awarded and two Gold Stars received.

• Cofounded this casual games content and platform company.
• Managed twelve direct reports across Development, PM, Test, and Infrastructure.
• Core developer on the platform (13 provisional patents filed)
• Ramped to 22 employees before being forced to downsize due to market conditions (internet bubble go *pop*)

• Began my career as a developer at Microsoft, which included work on:
• Owned DirectX for Microsoft’s Sega Dreamcast version of the WinCE operating system.
• Owned development for the Electronic Programming Guide for Microsoft’s early forays into Interactive Television.
