This involves all aspects of people, process and tooling around knowledge management.• Lead site project management activities to ensure capacity provisioning and production operations projects are managed to completion.• Key point of contact for site reliability, data and hardware security, and operational efficiencies at the data center and across the global fleet.

Member of the Cloud Center of Excellent team which is working to transform the way Infrastructure services are delivered to Application teams. Primary responsibilities include:• Participate in design and buildout of the new First Data cloud infrastructure in AWS environment using well architected frameworks• Migration of existing infrastructure services from physical data centers to AWS cloud• Responsible for production and all operational aspects of the new cloud AWS infrastructure platform that will support mission critical applications• Manage full cloud service lifecycle from release of cloud service offerings into production• Select / Build and maintain cloud operations tools for monitoring, notifications, trending, and analysis• Work with other Cloud CoE members and security teams to create, refine, and maintain security in the cloud
