360 Feedback ProgramsLeadership Development Institute Dec 1999 - PresentSan Francisco, California, UsWe have developed a stand-alone 360 feedback program that incorporates an extensive debrief of findings with 4-6 hours of coaching wrapped around it. Clients have sought this out for individuals as well as functional and executive teams. We utilize them both in a one on one setting as well as in a group setting. We utilize the Leadership Versatility Index 360 Survey developed by Kaiser Learning. We believe that one of our core skill sets is to deliver feedback in a way that encourages a layered, multidimensional conversation. Together, we really dig into the data and look at how certain characteristics could impact specific scenarios and what risks they might present. -

Meyer Friedman was a research cardiologist who founded the Type A Behavior Pattern. I was on staff there during a 10 year research project. This work gave me a keen understanding of how the work setting and a predisposition to this behavior pattern raises many health and relationship issues for people.
