Developed strategies and tactics to maximize Store of the Future, Office Depot’s new Retail concept, and ensured both corporate and field team execution. Partnered with Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Management, Construction, Real Estate, Remodel, HR, Finance, Pricing, Loss Prevention, IT and Field Leadership to maximize success.

Defined and implemented inside and outside Retail sales strategies that drove profitability and enhanced the customer experience. Partnered with corporate and field leadership as well as thirty direct reports to execute initiatives. Worked across all levels and areas of the organization to achieve objectives.

Led cross functional team from Merchandising, Visual Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, IT, Marketing, HR, Training, Real Estate, Finance, Construction, Ecommerce, Pricing, LP and Store Operations to create an omnichannel, smaller store concept focused on providing solutions and services to small business customers.

Liaison between corporate and field teams to ensure sales and operational objectives were achieved. Initially position started as Director for Eastern Division stores encompassing all categories. Evolved into nationwide position aligned to supporting Office Supplies and Furniture categories for all stores.
