As a software engineer at Axcelis Technologies, I develop and maintain software solutions for the semiconductor industry, using agile development methods and various programming languages. I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to solve complex and challenging problems, and to contribute to the innovation and quality of Axcelis products and services.I have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, where I was involved in several space-related projects, such as leading the payload and recovery engineering team for a high-powered rocket, working as an undergraduate researcher for a Cube-Sat project with the UNH Space Science Center, and interning as a vehicle systems engineer at Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA. I am currently pursuing a M.S. in Computer Science at the University of Illinois, where I hope to deepen my understanding of computer science concepts and applications, and to explore the intersection of software engineering and space engineering. My goal is to pursue a career where I can combine my passion for space, my fascination with technology, and my enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.
