Advised the CEO on the screening, selection and hiring of best qualified senior executives to fill critical positions in support of National Security.Planned, programmed and managed a pool of 300 senior executive positions where personnel rotated in and out of the positions every two years. Facilitated close coordination and collaboration with Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines), Secretary of Defense, Congress and the White House. Ensured timely and seamless transition of key senior executives.

Led a team of 15 senior HR advisors during a one year combat deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Guided Afghan National Army and Coalition leaders on establishing a modern talent management program for Afghanistan’s military forces.

Through subordinate managers led, recruited, selected, orientated, and trained a team of approximately 500 highly qualified employees in the day to day management and program execution of one of the largest military communities (120,000) in the United States. Maintains rapport with the military and local community by facilitating monthly meetings with community leaders, advisory groups and citizens’ to develop strategies for implementing policies that promoted economic viability and strong community support.
