I develop people and help them find their unique, God-given talents, gifts, and roles within a complex workplace. As director of operations, I seek to bring value to my clients by developing systems and processes that help them achieve their vision.In my previous roles, I served a public school educator for 9 years and served as the Social Studies Specialist at the Arkansas Department of Education, helping develop and present new social studies standards, which were unanimously adopted by the State Board of Education. I love interacting with people throughout my home state and enjoy working collaboratively with others to serve it.
