I work with leaders and teams to help them make the organizational and personal changes needed to be more effective and to achieve their goals. I have deep experience in diagnosing business opportunities and problems; designing and implementing change, learning, and communications strategies; creating targeted sales skills training for sales people and sales managers; creating engaging leadership and team learning & development systems; facilitating classroom and online learning; and coaching individual senior leaders and their teams.As an external consultant for 14 years I served many large and medium sized organizations, primarily in the USA and to a lesser extent in other countries. I worked for several years internally for a Fortune 100 global company building leadership capability across the enterprise, as well as led smaller-scope, targeted strategic change initiatives.My commitment as your consultant and advisor is to guarantee high value return for the investment you make to equip yourself and your teams with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve your goals.Prior to my work in sales effectiveness, change management, and learning and development I spent several years in large and small telecommunications companies as a line manager leading sales teams and customer service teams.
