I have 27 years experience in the automotive industry. This experience is mostly within Injection Mold processes, some Extrusion Line processes, Group Leader, Team Leader and now as a Mold Technician within our Engineering Department. I also have additional experience in Union/Management relations, as I have multiple years of experience as a Union President. This would include bargaining labor agreements, arbitrations, settling disputes between the Company/Union and various other roles in order to manage a positive Labor/Management relationship. In addition, I served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps, 1990-1995 where I served as a young Non-Commissioned Officer. I received additional Leadership training within the USW Leadership Scholarship Program.
