I am a currently working in the Health and Wellness professional but have been operating in different parts of the industry for 20 years. I have experience in physical therapy, nutrition, performance training, recovery modalities, coaching, management and much more.Education consists of A BS in Kinesiology from CSUF under Dr. Lee Brown (former President of the NSCA), and two MS degrees from Concordia University. One for Health and Human Performance and the second for Strength and Conditioning, where the curriculum was based off of the NSCA's knowledge requirements for their CSCS. One of my goals is to complete my PhD in the next 1-4 years and use that education to operate/fuction in a business that focuses holistically on training/nutrition/lifestyle choices as well as injury/disease treatment/prevention using proven methodologies mixed with the most current information and technologies that show efficacy.
